Phase I - The Old Lumberyard

Construction on Downtown Truckee’s newest mixed-use commercial and retail open-air gathering space began in 2022, and our tenants are quickly making improvements and beginning to prepare to open for business. Our mountain community will soon be able to get together at the former TTL lumber yard for delicious pizza and coffee, locally brewed beer, fitness classes, and art & entertainment.

A grand opening event is scheduled for May 2026.
